Special Requirements:
Please bring 1 set of linens, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 medium size bowls (about 1 qt.) to soak washcloths, 1 coffee cup, a thermal carafe of hot water, and a headband (preferably Velcro). Dress comfortably and in layers, wear no makeup and preferably no contacts. You may bring a tank top to change into when receiving the treatment. Please bring water and food to keep yourself fueled throughout the day.
