Cancellation Policies

Sometimes things happen unexpectedly in life and it may be necessary for you to miss the class(es) for which you registered. Unfortunately, since cancellations on or near the day of the class do not give us time to fill the vacated seat, the following cancellation policies will apply.

Class Cancellation: In the event the instructor cancels a class for any reason, registrants will be entitled to a 100% refund which will be issued within 10 days of notification of the canceled class.

No Shows and Late Arrivals: In the event a registrant does not show to class or cancels on the day of the class, the instructor will retain 100% of the class fee. Registrants who arrive to class 20 minutes late or more will not be admitted to class and the instructor will retain 100% of the class fee.

All Other Cancellations: In the event the registrant requests a cancellation the day before the class or longer, a $50 administrative fee will be charged in addition to any merchant or digital payment fees associated with the payment transaction. The balance will be refunded within 10 days of the instructor receiving notice of the cancellation.

Any expenses incurred by the registrant that involve travel, accommodations or other expenses related to attending a class, is the sole responsibility of the registrant. If transportation to a class involves a ticket purchase, it is recommended that you contact the instructor to confirm the class has enough participants before you make your travel purchase.

Liability Limitations

Instructor and Massage CE Solutions are not responsible for any bodily injury or loss or damage of
personal property suffered by participants. Participants are responsible for securing and maintaining their own professional liability insurance.
